Rail Groups

These are the products that constitute the opening system of back passenger door at the cargo-type passenger and commercial vehicles. The system works with sliding movement of a wheeled mechanism in the channel.

Rails are manufactured in our roll-forming lines, and after being bent, they are prepared ready to use with hydraulic drilling and welding processes. The parts with the shape of U-channel, which has apparent view according to the body design of the vehicles, and connected to the body with tuckers, are dubbed as “rail”. There are 3 types of rails that hold sliding door and provides movement; bottom rail, middle rail, and top rail. These are the products that have same production technique and structure. They are also used for other functions at sliding door system.
